I am Sr, Recruiter at Visual Concepts - 2K Sports. With 20+ years in staffing and recruiting I can honestly say this is the best gig I have ever had. This engineering centric organization develops the best games in the sports genre and we do it with fewer resources than or competition. And were developing an new, orginal non sports title too - "Fantastic Four". We apply our own easy to wield, proprietary, tools and do everything from motion capture to QA and release to marketing.

We are lean, agile and smart. We're not perfect, but we are a well managed, flat organization in which SW Engineers are honored and determine much of what goes into our critically acclaimed games.
